Very comfortable, clean and welcoming; a very pleasant flat to stay in
The only complaint which we had is that the circular dining-table was quite difficult to use safely. The top wobbled, so that some things put on it slid about. Building work was going on outside, but that didn't really affect us, since we were out during the day and missed most of the noise made by the workmen.

Really slow wifi. Pantry moths everywhere.
We stayed for work during the lockdown. Upon entry, we had to get rid of loads of baby pantry moths (or they would have ruined our food/clothes). We couldn't go anywhere due to lockdown + it was raining, but the solution proposed was to leave apartment for 4hrs.
A more serious problem was the internet. We had to work from home and a good connection is key and we even checked for that upfront - was slower than what you can get from any public wifi and caused a lot of stress.
Good location but definitely could have been better.

Dear Chris, we are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at the apartment. Indeed, there was a problem with moths, which has not happened before nor was reported by previous guest. When you reported the problem, I contacted pest control right away and arranged an appointment for the same day, but because they use chemicals, it was not safe for you to stay inside the apartment for 4 hours while they did their job. We also gave you the option to relocate to another nearby apartment as you mentioned you had to work but you refused this option. We tried to help you as much as we could considering this was an issue outside our control and we acted promptly.
Regarding the Wifi working slowly, I wish you would have reported this to us in which case we would have helped you.

We stayed here as an in-between place during the pandemic. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay given the circumstances. You get a lot of options on Delivaroo and you’ve got tescos up the street.

Excellente situation. Calme et lumineux
Appartement très bien situé à côté de régent street. Quartier calme et à proximité d une rue commerçante et animée le soir avec beaucoup de restaurants et commerces de proximité.
