Good location

It was located around the corner from everything in Hendersonville. The other areas we visited were only an hour away. Really enjoyed it.

Wonderful! The TV’s and remotes were a problem the whole stay however. We never seemed to figure them out even after the host helped us. Other than that it was just fantastic!

everything was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed out stay very much and would def stay again. The managers were very easy to communicate with and are very nice people. The pictures do not do this house justice! I loved the coffee bar!! the house is very close to downtown Hendersonville.

Loved this cute house!

We loved this house! The rooms are good sized and all the space is well thought out and useful. We enjoyed being so close to downtown Hendersonville. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make everything comfortable and home-like for us. We will definitely stay here again during our next trip to NC!

A Great Place to Stay

We found this to be a wonderful and cozy place to stay. It has the cottage feel from the outside, but is a well laid out, 3 bedroom home with a great, very well stocked kitchen. The hosts Bill and Mandy were very responsive. We liked our stay so much we extended it for 5 days. Highly recommended.

Great getaway!

This house was perfect for our mountain getaway! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and the towels were thick and fluffy. The side yard was perfect for evening frisbee and lawn games. It was perfectly located for day trips to Asheville and Dupont Park hiking. We would definitely come again!

Adorable, Clean and well-appointed!

My daughter and I did an overnight here and loved it. The coffee bar was lovely, the snacks were the perfect touch, and the bunk beds sealed the deal for my daughter. We’ll come back.

Comfortable Cottage

This is a very comfortable cottage that is like a home. They have thought of everything down to a cell phone charger and fuzzy socks in the nightstand. So many warm and charming touches. A lovely place to stay during your trip to Hendersonville!

Wedding weekend

We were in town for a cousins wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bill and Mandy's! Amazing location, close to so many shops and restaurants. The house had everything we could have needed, plenty of towels, blankets, snacks, toys for the kids, coffee, I could go on! I only wish we had more time to stay and explore.

Christmas getaway

The communication with the homeowners was excellent. They made us feel welcome and made the home cozy and comfortable including a tree for us to decorate. They offered all possible amenities and even had little extras in case we had forgotten toiletries. Couldn’t have asked for a better family getaway!

Amazing location.

Amid the destruction and devastation sat this, at first glance, quaint but very much alive home. The location affords walkability to shops and several restaurants in this unique area. Once you enter you will find a beautifully decorated, roomy home with all modern amenities. The beds were quite comfortable. The home was clean and well laid-out with all the conveniences of home. On a rainy day we could be perfectly content staying indoors playing the furnished board games (by the fireplace) with huge bowls of popcorn. The host was a personable and great communicator. We had everything we needed for this peaceful getaway with Gal Pals and definitely look forward to returning.

Quick Spring Break get away

The property was clean and welcoming when we arrived late in the evening. It did take the water in the kitchen sink awhile to heat up to become hot. We loved that the entire house is is wheelchair friendly (once you manage the steps to get inside). The airflow in the house does seem to be a bit of a problem but we were only here two nights and one night was warm outside and the other was chilly. So it is a bit difficult to tell The property is located in a convenient spot, as we wanted to be able to travel to Asheville and Hendersonville. We would definitely recommend this property.

Family Wedding & Easter

We traveled from NJ for our niece’s wedding in Hendersonville and Easter the following day. This house was perfect! Everything you could possibly need was there. It’s very clean and updated - we were very comfortable there. Hosts are very responsive, super nice and accommodating. And- the yard was perfect for an Easter egg hunt with our 8 year old daughter! Everything we needed that exceeded our expectations

This house was close to everything we wanted to enjoy, just a couple minutes of drive time to downtown Hendersonville. It was spotlessly clean and the owners left 'extras' that we were not expecting, which added to the charm of this house. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The owners were also quick to communicate with us and made the entire process as easy as it could possibly be. Our friends and I highly recommend this property if you want something close to downtown Hendersonville.

Why they chose this property

This newer home is in the historic district of Hendersonville and is so close (1/2 mile) to downtown Main St. and all of its lovely shops and fantastic restaurants. It is truly an amazing place to live or visit!

What makes this property unique

Since we have a newer home in the historic district, built in 2020, it has upgraded amenities while still having the room to enjoy the home, yard and the quiet of the surrounding neighborhood.
