About this property

Lake Chelan family home on the water

Our lake home rents from Saturday to Saturday, with a 4 pm move-in on your first Saturday and a 10 am departure on your final Saturday.

Your family's bucket list will never look the same after your first visit to the Happy H on Lake Chelan. This 4000 sq. ft. six-bedroom four-bath home sits on two acres with 150 feet of waterfront including a private dock with boat lift. It's an incredible place to have your morning coffee as the sun rises over Stormy Mountain or your evening beverage as it sets over Chelan Butte. What you do in between is totally up to you.

We are located 5 miles up lake from the town of Chelan and a mile away from the quaint restaurants and wineries of Manson.

Kickstart your day with the two-mile walk up Swartout road and take in the panoramic lake views. Chelan Municipal Golf Course is just down the road. Oh, and if you're ready for an escape from your vacation, the Lake Chelan Winery sits conveniently at the top of our driveway. Go for the wine, return with leftover BBQ, wake with a headache.

Reserve now, because only a few weeks remain for the summer of 2020. It'll be the best vacation you've taken all decade!

Why they chose this property

The current home was built in 1985 and the upstairs including kitchen was remodeled in 2017. For decades, families have rented this home and returned every year as their kids grew up.

What makes this property unique

Unlike most rentals, this spacious lake cabin is located on two acres with 100 feet of lakefront including a dock with a boat lift. It is ideally located on the Manson side of the lake, just north of Rocky Point on the widest part of the lake. Plus, three wineries are just across the street.
