Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Enjoyed our stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, loved the pool right off the patio. Convenient location to restaurants and short drive to the beach. Parking was available in nearby deck.

We like staying at this property because of the location. Everything you need is no more than 10 to 15 min. away. I was a little disappointed because the room was not as up to date and appealing as the photo's . The decor needs updating especially the patio furniture. Also, there is no working ice machine on the 1st floor and the ice machine mentioned at the pool house is no longer there.

Enjoyed the stay but must say that the patio furniture should be replaced. Also the patio cushions were very dirty and should be washed or replaced.
