Everything was clean and instructions were clear. Weather wasn't the best when I was there but I really enjoyed the fireplace since it was cold outside. Neighbors are quiet and bed was comfy. Bathroom is a little small but apart is cozy. The mercantile right down the road sells firewood and has a market and cafe. I'd rent again!

Great week at Beech Mountain

The condo was clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent- 9 out of 10. The views from the 2 balconies were beautiful. The resorts pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room were great after a day hiking! Be aware there is no AC in this condo- this was not a problem as the evenings cooled down nicely. Thank you for a great week in the mountains.

The condo was great. The views were outstanding and the bed was comfortable. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room were great after a day of hiking. No A/C but that was not a problem on the cool mountain top.

Great property!

The views were amazing. But the cleaning, not so much... there was the last person's left over pizza in the oven, and the sheet on the pull out hadn't been changed, but extra sheets were provided, so both were easy fixes. It was still amazing and totally worth it! Thank you!

Solid for the price

Solid place for cheap. Great location. The only issue we had was the WiFi wouldn’t work so the tv didn’t work. Luckily we were on the mountain most of the time so it wasn’t a huge problem. We called to see if someone would come out but never heard back from anyone. Overall great spot minus the WiFi and never hearing back from management.

I was without WiFi without hot water, they never sent someone to the 3.

I was without wifi. call 2 hours that were sent to someone on the 2nd day and the staff who was not fixed nothing was left to send someone I never arrived, I have to leave 2day I should have enjoyed my 7 day vacation but unfortunately I did not do it

I liked the location of the Pinnacle Inn resort a lot and picked this room for its size and number of bedrooms. The layout is nice but the decorative pillows and quilts were stained with who knows what. Carpet was stained as well, and couch sleeper had a tare on it. Needed to contact a property mgmt company to fix the front door, it wouldn't lock. It was fixed within the day but not ideal. Seems that there were other rooms for the same price that were far nicer.

I loved that the heater always kept the place warm and that it was located right by the ski resort so no need to long drives. the water was freezing so that was my only issue but a cold shower every now and then is good. I definitely will return next year
