Gentile cliente,
il materasso del divano letto è stato cambiato all'inizio della scorsa stagione, sembra un pò esagerato dire che sia vecchio dopo appena un anno, e sicuramente non era e non è "lercio" come lo ha definito. Allo stesso modo il ventilatore, che la signora delle pulizie aveva lasciato pulito e che probabilmente avrà preso un pò di polvere durante il vostro soggiorno poichè utilizzato 24 ore su 24.
Relativamente a wifi ed aria condizionata è tutto scritto nella descrizione ancora prima di prenotare, quindi non si capisce il motivo di lamentarsene dopo.
