After a full day in the sun, heading back inside for a movie night is always a fun way to end perfect days here in Galveston!

Not only is this home your private oasis, but it also sits in a gorgeous area with plenty to see and do nearby! Venture out and enjoy the local shops and grocery stores nearby to stock up on necessities for your stay. The Historic Strand offers shopping, dining, and entertainment just eight miles away. For fun for the whole family, Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Moody Garden are just around the corner. Plus, don't forget to hit the deck of Pleasure Pier for unlimited fun! Though you won't need to leave your private beach to enjoy a day on the sand, Galveston's famous seawall is a must-see during your stay.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is one functional camera under the home in the driveway area and one on the front porch facing the entrance. Both will be active while guests are present. (There are several more cameras from the prior owner that are no longer active.)




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
