This Coastal Bungalow is known to be the Hottest Fishing spot in Sargent with pier access to the ICW right out your back door! The pier is equipped with all the fishing lights you will need as well as a cleaning station for the days catch! Trout, Redfish, Crabbing !

Can be rented with The Mermaid Sunrise located next door with a pool to accommodate 16! Contact Property Manager

The sunsets out across the San Bernard Wildlife Refuge will take your breath away! Take a short stroll (200 steps) out the front door to enjoy beach combing, birding, surf fishing or just relaxing on the beautiful Sargent shoreline, make sure you catch a Sargent Sunrise! Bringing your boat? The ramp is conveniently located a mile down from the house!

Inside the bungalow you will find yourself embracing the unique character and charm! Accommodations include 3 queen murphy beds and one trundle set, sleeping 8. A well equipped kitchen and attention to every detail to make your stay enjoyable. The home is mostly handicap accessible with shower assistance.

It was perfect.

The place surpassed my expectations. You have the ICW in your back yard and the beach in your front yard. It was very clean and had everything we needed. No mosquitoes at all, big plus. The breeze was incredible. Will definitely make this our go to spot.

Perfect location

There is nothing we would have changed at all. It is a small house that perfectly fit what we were looking for. My parents, my two teenage sons and myself stayed for a week. My son graduated high school and was given a choice of anywhere he wanted to go. He loves to fish and wanted to go within driving distance of home in Arkansas. The fishing was great. The set up was perfect. The dock was excellent and walking to the beach was an added bonus. One issue with wifi was cleared up immediately with a fast response and a sense of urgency. Property was well maintained. Very clean. There isn’t anything we would change. We hope to come back on our next vacation.

Weekend before school starts!

We had a great get away. Hoping to make this a year trip! Everything was perfect for us. We were able to walk to the beach during the day and fish in the evenings. Kids loved watching the boats!
