We have been to this property a few times and it never disappoints. The property is in a great location and always clean. Plenty of fish to catch and great night lights on the pier.

Beautiful place!

We had a beautiful view and house was very clean. Ramp is very steep and lights worked intermittently when using it. Over all, a great place to use. Will be booking again!

Nice house on the intercoastal channel

A nice house with plenty of space on the inside. The dock was very nice, a great size for fishing. We caught plenty of fish including redfish, black drum, flounders, sting rays, and even a small shark. It was definitely worth the trip, and I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place on the channel in Sargent.

Great location

The house was a nice place to fish and watch the barges. We caught flounder, blue crab, and a couple of big black drum. The green fishing lights were awesome! Quick and easy access to the beach to let our little ones play. Host was very responsive to questions and had very reasonable rules and expectations. Would definitely recommend!

Great fishing and clean location

This house is perfect for families that want a retreat from the city to walk the beach and do some fishing off the private dock. Kids caught over 10 oversized black drum off the dock. One issue that is fixable is we couldn’t get the fishing lights to turn on.

Stunning Home with Stellar Fishing!!

We had an amazing time during our stay! The house was so nice, very neat and clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The fishing was incredible! We caught lots of sand trout and two 30+ inch red drums within an 2 hours of each other. The property manager communicated in a very timely manner and assisted us with any need or question we had. He even made sure we located the house and got settled okay. We enjoyed our time, and this definitely will not be our last stay here!

Will Lease Again

Will be booking again. Lights on pier are great, it just be nice to have a bench on the pier. Grass was a bit high walking to the pier, just scared of snakes in the area. At first we had trouble locating the key box and then the key would not work, it acted like it had a broken key in it, I was able to lubricate the key with some oil off the engine dipstick, later bought some oil to spray into the lock. The door was white but the area around the door handle and locks were black with filth. The cleaning crew was there early at 10:30 and claimed checkout was at 10:00. Told them about the problems that we had and that I didn't get a chance to clean the door and still needed lubricating on the lock bolt. The page with the rules of the house had a phone number to call if there were any problems, which I called and he told me he was no longer the owner. So that phone number needs to be updated. Like I stated earlier, will book again just had a few problems that I'm sure will be taken care of before our next visit.

We always love staying at this house it’s in a great location and always very clean! we enjoy that the house is fully stocked in the kitchen and rooms and makes it a lot easier on us! The fishing pier and lights are nice and the fishing is usually pretty good!! We highly recommend this house and always enjoy staying!!!

Reasonable

My family stayed here before and loved it, which was the reason why we stayed again. We love that this home has plenty of indoor and outdoor space and everything you need. With that being said, This time we felt that the house was not as clean as before and had several damaged or items in need of repair. The front door was hard to open and close. The pots and pans are old and not the safest with Teflon peeling. Silverware dirty, the kitchen appliances were dirty and the cabinets had dirty food or liquid drips. The sofas are dingy unlike the leather that was there before and easy to clean or feel clean. Outdoor furniture not the best of condition. Our bed clothing had somewhat of a musty smell as if they had been left in the washer and not dried for a while. It seems to me as if the cleaning crew did not do their job or not take pride in the outcome. This home now has a jacuzzi, which was a plus! Overall, you will enjoy staying here. To the owners, I would definitely pay attention to the cleanliness and several aforementioned items and this review would then be back to a five star!!!
