GREAT GETAWAY

My family and I had a great 3 day stay at the property. Clean, large enough to accommodate every one, fishing, crabing and close to the beach. We loved it and will be back next year!

This is a beautiful well-maintained house, fully furnished to make your stay very comfortable. Back door leads to lighted pier on the Intracoastal waterway, and a short walk out the front door takes you straight to the beach. Best of both worlds! The property management was easy to work with and very responsive. We will definitely rent here again!

Loved the house! If I had one complaint it would be that there’s a need for upgraded cooking pans!

Better than the Pictures!

We loved every moment of our stay at Ninos Casa Del Playa. The house was even more spacious and lovely than the pictures showed. We stayed with our parents and grown kids and newborn grandbaby. We had plenty of space. The dock and easy access to the beach were both perfect. When it rained one afternoon, we enjoyed playing games together at the big dining room table. We definitely plan on staying here again. If you want relaxation and serenity in a beautiful setting, this is the place to go!

Absolutely amazing!

This place exceeded my expectations! As my son said - it was DOPE! It had a well equipped kitchen, a large pantry, the bathrooms were awesome! The lighted dock for a little night fishing was delightful. Both decks provided awesome views of sunset & the beach. I highly recommend this place. I've shared the pictures with my co-workers and they seriously looking into booking this place for their next family get away. We certainly plan a return next year!

Sargent Getaway

House was in perfect location to enjoy the beach and fishing in the GIWW. We showed up right after Beryl and the owners had everything in order and working before we arrived. Very nice and spacious home. Neighbors are extremely nice too. The upstairs space was perfect for our daughters.to hang out.

Great for large groups!

This house is huge! We knew it was big but it was bigger than we thought. Perfect for our large group. We weren’t on top of each other and having 4 bathrooms was great. The fenced in yard was great for our two small dogs as well. The house was well stocked even had games to play. The dock is large with plenty of room. We did not have great fishing luck like we’ve had on past Sargent trips but still had a great time! Would stay here again!

Awesome

Very roomy and up to date. Kitchen was fully equipped. Crap traps, bbq pit, fish cleaning table, chairs to sit on and plenty of water hoses to wash the entire downstairs. Bring your rods food and drinks of choice. You'll have a wonderful and memorable experience. Will definitely come back.

Amazing

Really loved my stay here the house interior was really beautiful received a lot of compliments form friends and family. The green lights for fishing were awesome. Didn't have any questions because all the information was explained perfectly by the host, and was always available in case we had any questions. 5 out of 5 😁

Awesome Canal Home

Was our first time renting a home on the ICW and this house didn't disappoint. Our main purpose was fishing and boy did we clean up with drums, bull red, gafftop, sting rays and trout throughout the weekend. The house is very clean and well laid out. The large drive way easily accommodated the multiple cars we had in our group. The kitchen had all the pots and pans needed to cook our meals, there is a separate upright freezer in the pantry and a wine cooler next to the refrigerator. We won't hesitate to book this home again and neither should you.
