This charming remodeled waterfront vacation home in Sargent, Texas , offers fabulous views of the Intracoastal Canal, Sargent Beach and pristine salt marsh abounding with wildlife. Enjoy your mornings & evenings on the large screened enclosed porch or the open deck area. Use the private pier to fish or just relax at your convenience. Bring your boat or personal watercraft and launch it using the large on site boat ramp. If you've brought back a great catch, you'll have a fish cleaning station with water hookup to get it ready for the grill! As this area is known for it's great fishing we're certain you will not be disappointed.

This area is a great place to kayak. No worries about finding a place to put in since you will have your own private boat ramp. This spot was made for any kayaker, beginner or experienced.

Whether it's a day of fishing or leisurely boating, dock your boat at your private pier and kick back and relax. Great little house and great location

My family enjoyed our stay at the Little Peach House. It was a great location. We loved the in closed in porch and that the house was pet friendly.

Perfect New Years Eve Getaway

Spent the weekend with my boyfriend here for his birthday and New Years Eve. Perfect little fishing getaway for the weekend. Spoke with the owners next door who were very kind as well. House was clean, has a lot of amenities and good location. Must try the Crab Trap for dinner one night, 10/10 seafood!

Weeks of A Slice of Heaven

We are frequent renters of the Little Peach House, however this was our 1st time renting for 13 days. Where do I start, it was a pleasure knowing we would not have to leave in a few days. We were so relaxed and enjoyed every second. Due to it bing so hot during the day we fish every night. Caught 52 legal crabs, they were huge. I enjoyed bonding and teaching my granddaughter how to fish and crab. I trained her well because I saw her fight and pull in her very 1st Red. I was so happy, so was she. What a blessing to witness this. PRICELESS! I caught so many fish, lots of large croakers, legal black drums 3 Reds and 2 Gars. I caught a monster black drum around 2 am one morning. He was so ugly, old and heavy. He was too heavy to weight, I couldn't lift it...toooo big. We took a pic of it and released back to the ocean. The home aways exceed our expectations being immaculately kept,inside and outside. Topwater made sure we had everything we needed for the extended stay. We were sad to leave but will be back in Aug. Little Peach House may be small but filled with Huge happy memories!! Thank you Amanda and Topwater for making our stay beautiful.

Beyond Beautiful Moments

I am a repeat customer of The Little Peach House. Our recent stay was for 8 WONDERFUL days. Upon arrival I immediately noticed a new beautiful blue sofa and love seat. The home was spotless, and I do mean spotless. Everything that we needed was provided including pots, pans, glasses, plates, bowls, coffee pot, toaster, etc., the comforts of home. I brought our 2 dogs which we mainly kept on the screened in porch and they enjoyed it. We would fish pretty much sunset to around 11 am, day after day. I was very lucky this time fishing, I caught one 23in red, lots of legal black drums, a gar and stingray, crabs and some shrimp. When it came time to sleep WOW those beds are so comfortable. My son and husband said they always sleep so good when at Little Peach House. Topwater we love you guys because you are always ahead of our needs from booking thru return, Amanda you are Awsome helping me with my bookings. We will be returning to Little Peach House every month before winter. We have already booked for June, July and Aug. We are just waiting to book the rest of the year pending the outcome of Hurricane season, this is how much we Love Love Little Peach House...we wanted to stay! We are Life Time Customers!!
