Best thing was the air conditioner was cold, other than that, it was mostly clean (grease on wall by the stove and the stove was needing a good scrubbing). The ceiling fan in the "game room" has one speed, (no matter what button you press) low. We paid for an extra person, who ended up not joining us, so we had to eat the 75 bucks even though I let the host know there would be no extra person. All in all, if you are just wanting a place to lay your head then it will be fine, but for the money, I will pass next time.
