Les 2 semaines passées à 10 dans la villa de Renaud ont été excellentes. La villa est très confortable, bien équipée côté cuisine. Terrain de pétanque, piscine avec ses transats et douche extérieure, BBQ à gaz, terrasse couverte, 2 frigos dispo dont un dans la cabane technique de la piscine.L'Ardèche est à quelques minutes à pieds.La résidence, très calme, comprend une piscine partagée, terrain de tennis et activités, dont nous n'avons pas profités car pris ailleurs. 2, voire 3 voitures peuvent se garer (sinon parking visiteur utilisable a 50m)La maison n'est pas climatisée, ce qui serait un plus : notamment pour les chambres du haut (des moustiquaires permettraient plus facilement de dormir fenêtre ouverte).Merci a Renaud pour sa proactivité et disponibilité, nous avons été enchantés du séjour dans cette magnifique région.

Je note votre remarque concernant la climatisation, et au vu des changements climatiques, nous allons climatiser la totalité de la maison pour l’été prochain. Des moustiquaires seront également positionnés sur les portes coulissantes du living et de la terrasse. Merci pour vos remarques constructives.

Très belle maison de vacances

Je recommande cette location. La maison est belle et très bien équipée. Tout est fait pour passer d’agréables vacances. Des éléments de base sont à disposition (épices, filtres à café, pastilles lave-vaisselle…), c’est très appréciable. Un lit bébé a été mis à notre disposition et le propriétaire a été flexible sur notre heure d’arrivée. Explications très claires sur le fonctionnement de la maison et documentation à disposition. L’Ardèche est à proximité et de nombreux beaux villages sont à visiter aux alentours. Toutes les facilités sont à quelques minutes de voiture : station service, magasins, pharmacie, banque, restaurants… Que du positif!

Belle villa bien située

La maison est agréable, belle piscine et bien située. De nombreux beaux villages à visiter, canoë... Je recommande cette location.
