In the old center of Goudargues, Venice Gardoise, exceptional location for this stone village farmhouse, close to all shops, supermarket and restaurants on foot, while being absolutely quiet. You are also close to major river bathing spots and hiking trails. The property has a closed courtyard to park vehicles, large garden of 400 m² fully enclosed, shaded terrace, summer kitchen, mazet and outbuildings. Interior renovated all comfort, with vast living room stay opened on kitchen and direct access to the shaded terrace and its summer kitchen, stone sink, barbecue in hard and plancha. The house remains very cool in the summer, with its stone walls and reversible water circuit. Mobile air conditioner for living space in case of very hot weather. The perfectly exposed garden, not overlooked and quiet allows you to relax and enjoy the outdoors: relaxation, lazing around but also barbecue party and grill with family or friends are waiting for you, all shops, bars and restaurants of Goudargues being accessible on foot, without having to move the car!
Rates are calculated for 8 people. If you are less numerous do not hesitate to contact us, also for the low season.
The gorges of the Cèze nearby offers many places for swimming in the river, canoeing, walking and hiking. You can also discover the gorges of the nearby Ardèche, Barjac Medieval, Uzes and its Place aux Herbes, Avignon 40 minutes ..

Lovely house and pool, fabulous location

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in this lovely house, within a quick walk to Goudargues. Fabrice was incredibly helpful and responsive. We thoroughly recommend it.

Fantastic property close to the village

Great property, well equipped, fantastic outdoor space and pool. Only a 5 minute walk to the village centre. We'vw stayed in Goudargues many times over tge last 20 years but this was the first time in this property. Just what we were looking for, traditional French property with pool and walking distance to everything in the village. Fabrice kept us well informed ahead of our stay and reconfigured the bedrooms to cater for our needs.

Décevant

Le mas est bien situé et charmant . Malheureusement il y a un gros laissé-aller au niveau de l’entretient, des problèmes électriques ( étincelles au niveau de certains interrupteurs, branchements électriques dangereux…) , chasse cassée, salle de bain plus que vieillotte, isolation phonique inexistante, piscine sale, terrasse et barbecue très sales, … Pas d’état des lieux.De plus, le mas n’était pas prêt à notre arrivée et nous avons dû prendre en charge les poubelles des locataires précédents ( ce que devront faire les suivants : drôle de système …).Bref, un mas avec plein de potentiel mais mal géré . C’est dommage !

Super emplacement mais maison décevante

Goudargues est un village charmant et la maison est très bien placée par rapport au centre ville et aux commerces. Le confort et les équipements de la maison sont à revoir : odeur d’humidité, toilettes qui dysfonctionnent, salle de bain à refaire, hotte de cuisine qui ne marche pas, interrupteurs qui ne correspondent pas à des éclairages, lampe de la chambre du bas qui a donné une décharge électrique à l’enfant qui a voulu l’allumer, climatiseur non adapté à la taille de la pièce donc peu utile, équipements de cuisine sommaires…Bref, nous sommes déçus par cette location et ses prestations et ne la recommandons pas en l’état. Un état des lieux permettrait peut être au propriétaire de prendre conscience des problèmes.

Geweldige ligging

Fijn en praktisch huis dat ideaal ligt. Goudargues is een heerlijk dorp. Het huis zelf is praktisch. De benedenverdieping is koel, maar wel vochtig. Er is een beetje vochtgeur beneden. De keuken is goed uitgerust. De tuin met zwembad is heerlijk.

Super vacances

Nous avons passé des super vacances dans cette maison très proche du centre de Goudargues. C’était parfait pour pouvoir faire des balades à pied avec un bébé (11 mois) dans le village. La maison est chouette, fraîche (malgré les semaines de canicule qui ont précédées notre arrivée). Piscine super agréable. Bon contact avec le propriétaire.

Mooie woning in rustige buurt

We verbleven met 8 volwassenen in deze ruime woning in een rustig deel van Goudargues. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Keuken en badkamers mischien klein voor grote groep, maar voor ons alles ok.
