Located on the estate, this recently renovated cottage is fully equipped.
The large kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, etc.).
The spacious living room features a 160-size sofa bed for two people, with an adjoining bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 160-width bed, its own bathroom, and a separate toilet.
And two bedrooms, each with two single beds, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
All windows are equipped with shutters and curtains.
Beds are made upon your arrival, and towels are provided.
Beautiful view of a rolling landscape from the living room and the terrace (garden furniture and barbecue).

The large pool and recreational facilities (ping-pong table, pétanque court, playground) are for shared use.

Located near the famous medieval town of Sarlat and Les Eysies, the Bardenat estate is an ideal base for exploring all the treasures of our heritage: natural and prehistoric caves, the Valley of the Castles (Commarque, Puymartin, Les Milandes, …), the Roc de Gazelle, the Cap Blanc Rock Shelter, Roque Saint Christophe, the Gardens of Eyrignac, numerous medieval villages, Rocamadour, the Padirac Chasm… With plenty of activities and events organised for children at most of these sites.

Shops and services are located 15 minutes away. Wi-Fi is available in the common area. Dogs are welcome, provided they are kept on a leash.
