This property, ideally positioned in the middle of three Mt. Hood ski resorts, will welcome you home from a day spent skiing or hiking to an inviting living area complete with a gas fireplace and a large modern kitchen with all of the appliances needed to make vacation-worthy meals. The master bedroom has its own gas fireplace and direct access to the condo's private balcony. You'll even have access to the Grand Lodges' own heated outdoor swimming pool, large hot tub, and sauna! With views of Mt. Hood, Collins Lake, and the slopes of Mt. Hood Skibowl, the Grand Lodge South is a premier vacation rental.

This beautiful home sits within walking distance of Government Camp's great shops, restaurants, and brewpubs. If you're looking for skiing and snowboarding, Mt. Hood Skibowl (one mile), Timberline Lodge (six miles), and Mt. Hood Meadows (13 miles) are all within easy driving distance. There is a shuttle from the condo driveway on weekends and holidays. Come summertime, you'll have plenty to do, including wonderful hiking and mountain biking at local trails and lakes within a 20-minute drive. This rental is only minutes from nearby Mt. Hood Adventure Park featuring ski and snowboard runs in winter and a variety of warm-weather activities in the summer including an Alpine slide, zip lines, horseback riding, mountain biking, and mini-golf.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
