If you've been looking for a beachfront home for the ultimate escape and privacy, look no further. The views of the expansive white beaches and Gulf of Mexico from your private decks will take your breath away! The Fairview Cottage is ideally situated in one of the best spots in Carillon Beach, sandwhiched directly between the Gulf of Mexico, Lake Carillon, and Carillon's gulf front pool, you will only have one neighbor - and views from every window!

As seen in both Southern Living and Coastal Living Magazines, the 'Fairview Cottage' at Carillon Beach assures you of a vacation worth taking. The gulf front AND poolside Fairview Cottage, located in the upscale and private community of Carillon Beach (west Panama City Beach area), is exquisitely furnished and comes complete with everything needed to transplant you to the serene atmosphere of the beach.

Fairview cottage is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath gulf front AND poolside home that can sleep up to 6 people very comfortably.
We offer a king, queen and two twin beds as sleeping accomodations. Fairview has a full compliment of audio equipment for your enjoyment as well as a 55" Samsung SMART HDTV for your use with Roku or Apple TV. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for those who prefer to cook and dine at home. You can enjoy your meals and an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico at the picnic table on our gulf side deck.

Fine linens, writing paper, books, videos, puzzles and games are all here for you to enjoy. We also have a complete set-up for those traveling with infants and small children including a port-a-crib with all linens provided, baby gates, children's dishes, sippy cups and silverware. Six bicycles of various size and a charcoal BBQ grill are also on site for your use as desired.

Fairview is a great home for two families traveling together! Come experience our snow white and powder soft beach, 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, children's playground with picnic area and basketball court, our lovely new downtown shopping and dining district and so much more!

You can bring your jet skis and launch them on Lake Powell directly outside our community gates, and when Phillips Inlet is open you can ski into the Gulf of Mexico. Jet skis are also available for rent locally.

If you are looking for an immaculate, well-stocked and appointed, safe and very comfortable home in which to enjoy your well earned vacation, then Fairview Cottage is the vacation home for you. It's all here! Just bring your favorite book and let us take care of the rest.

Fairview Cottage is a very well-stocked home with everything needed to make your vacation enjoyable and very memorable! Fairview has its own private dune walkover to the beach with outside hot and cold shower. Fairview is immaculate inside and out! (We have an incredible housekeeping staff and guarantee you will not find a cleaner home for your vacation).

We had a great time at Fairview Cottage. Carillon Beach is a fantastic experience. The beach is not overcrowded. The neighborhood looks like a scene out of a movie. Fairview Cottage was very clean and convenient to the amenities of the neighborhood. What a great view!

The fabulous Fairview cottage was just perfect for our family of 6 summer vacation. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, big wide view of the gulf, and the lovely community pool directly next door. Even when you need a break from sitting on the beach, you can sit on the back porch and it feels like you're still right there. The home is appointed beautifully and has every amenity you could ask for; it looks and feels brand new. The breeze off the gulf, especially starting in the evening, is so relaxing from both the lower deck and upper deck. I cannot say enough about how perfect this home is.

You are getting exactly what is described -- an extremely nice beach home with all the trimmings. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beach is incredible and Denise provides plenty of toys for the beach, water and bikes for land. The community is very safe, with two grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. We saw both dolphins and stingrays – the latter from 3-5 every evening. A few minor things, the sofa sleeper is suited for kids, and if you have a large group, buy ice at the grocery store. And depending on you carrier, cell phone service is spotty. Overall, our group of 8 was happy with the trip and Denise was easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect location and host

Chelsea was amazing about answering questions beforehand and making sure the check in process was smooth. Once there, it was one of the cleanest VRBOs we've stayed at, not a speck of a sand inside the house, yet being on the beach is a very hard task. The high chair, and stair gate worked well for our 2 year old. There were a few books for children as well. The views were breath taking. The dishes / silverware were perfect for our needs, we took our own pots (nonstick), but there was stainless steel ones available. There are even towels to remove make up, bandaids, all kinds of little things that show that they are trying to cover every need that could arise. I never had a need to contact her during our stay, but if I had, I have a feeling she would've responded instantly.

We Keep Coming Back

My family has rented this beach house at least 8 times in the past 10 years. From the very first time we stayed there we found it ideal. It is immaculately maintained with high end bedding and down comforters. The furniture is clean and comfortable. Hardwood floors and tile throughout make this more of a show home than a rental property. We love just walking off the porch right onto the very private, clean and quiet beach. It is so easy with children. In addition, the owners have provided baby gear for the home such as a highchair, portable crib, safety gates, etc. We started out bringing two young children and over the years two more babies were brought there. The gated neighborhood is safe and charming with a park, tennis courts, basketball court and swimming pools (one right next door!). Bikes are also provided. The view, serenity and calming waves are unbeatable. Sitting on the porch watching the kids play in the sand is one of life's greatest joys! My family just loves coming here. This is not your typical rental property!

Off season family trip

Off season is my favorite time to visit the beach. We have stayed in Carillon for many years. This was by far our favorite rental. The red flag kept us out of the ocean but didn’t deter our enjoyment of the beach. The pool next to the house wasn’t heated so we didn’t have any noise issues. My adult sons enjoyed golf in PCB. The seafood was disappointing, but the Publix’s across the street has delicious subs!!! Roadwork really slowed the flow of traffic on Hwy 98!! The house is fully equipped with everything you need.

Great beach house

This house was exactly as pictured. The view of the ocean from the back porches was amazing and it was a very short walk from the private walkway to the sand. The beach was clean and not crowded which made our stay even better. Would highly recommend this beach house

Family Friendly Beach House Perfection

Our family of four, with two little ones, had a fantastic week on the beach! The home was beautiful, well stocked, and accommodated all of our needs. Chelsey was always willing to help with questions and provided suggestions for local places to grab groceries. Can't wait to visit again!

Relaxing on the beach

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very comfortable, listening to the waves sitting on the porch or from the beach chairs was really relaxing. Before booking we were concerned that the pool would be noisy. Chelsea (property manager) assured us it wouldn't be and she was correct. While the pool had people coming and going, it was never a distraction or nuisance. We spent most of our meals cooking in and the kitchen wasn't lacking anything that I'd consider necessary equipment. Only hiccup in our stay was I didn't realize that there was only one TV on the property, which led to friction one evening. That said, kids learned to share again. Another note on the kids, they were happy with the WiFi. I'm not sure that's important for every family, but it certainly is for mine. Chelsea was great in answering our questions. She was very prompt. We would be happy to stay at this property again.
