Great holiday in Les Gets

This property really has the wow factor! The view from the balcony was spectacular. It's located close to the main town so everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend!!

Chalet was beautiful, spacious with all the essentials we needed.

Wonderful Chalet, good location but is not ski in/ski out as advertised but is right next to the ski bus. The sauna and jacuzzi are fantastic after a long day on the snow. Limited communication with the managing agent due to Covid but communication was good and response times excellent.

Lovely chalet, great views, clean and functional

We had a lovely stay, they were very helpful on arrival. The chalet is beautiful, tastefully done inside, with nice extras with the jacuzzi that our kids loved. Beds are clean and comfortable. Good showers, practical space for storing boots. it has great views and faces the sun, looming out on main les get slopes. It is very near to town and practical walking there with small children. There is a local bus which is helpful to catch back as it’s an uphill slope, and it does f go that often but is easy to coordinate with using the local bus app. If you’re renting skis you can leave at the ski shops which is useful. One thing I would say is that the 5th bedroom, which we didn’t use as we were not a big group doesn’t have windows, which wouldn’t have felt good if we had needed it. There was also a plastic cover on the wooden kitchen table which protects it but wasn’t that nice - but it wasn’t such a big deal, but for the price / quality you’d think they could not use that. We would go again

Beautiful chalet, however, the service from the management company was appalling. Bedroom 5 has twin beds not a king size as described, one bed broke on a leg previously repaired and this was left broken for over 24hrs meaning we had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. The hot tub was restricted to 37degrees however it never got close to that temperature and was unusable for the week. The cover for the tub stank of mould and the ph of the water was way off when checked. Having rented from M&T in the winter this management company fell woefully short by comparison.Hand soap dispensers were provided of every sink but these were empty. Beach towels were not provide despite being in the description. The ice dispenser had not been filled. The drains for all showers were blocked, as was the kitchen sink.There was no apology from the management company who even suggested 31 degrees in the hot tub was warm enough!Such a shame, the chalet has so much potential, it is described as 5 star but is in desperate need of a deep clean and an efficient management company if it aspires to achieve this rating.

Madame, votre commentaire m'oblige à répondre et vous mettre dans l'embarras ce que je n'apprécie pas. Vous avez harcelé la conciergerie pour la température du Jacuzzi alors même que vous ne remettiez pas la couverture de celui ci la nuit. De plus les instructions d'hygiène n'ayant pas été respectées, l'eau a viré et nous avons dû ajouter beaucoup de chlore , ce qui n'est pas dans nos valeurs de respect de l'environnement. C'est la première fois que nous sommes confrontés à ce cas depuis 5 ans ... Votre hygiène a été la cause des désagréments que vous évoquez: notamment pour l'évier de la cuisine . En effet il est d'usage de vider les déchets de table dans la poubelle et non dans l'évier....nous ne disposons pas de broyeur intégré. Les lits du niveau -1, sont conformément à notre description : 2 lits de 80X200 jumelable ou séparés au désir des clients. Vous les avez endommagés et vous apprécierez que nous n' ayons demandé aucune compensation financière pour ce dommage. Nous prenons bonne note que nous devons fournir du savon liquide dans les distributeurs en place, et nous demandons une rénovation des couvertures de jacuzzi qui sont craquelées suite au gel et températures extrêmes de la montagne. cordialement, la propriétaire

Heel ruim comfortabel en luxe vakantiewoning

Het huurproces is primair makkelijk maar de vervolgstappen en komst van het plaatselijke kantoor ingewikkeld en onduidelijk , en eigenlijk op dat moment is Vrbo niet meer nodig. Zij rekenen wel heel hoge prijs voor gebruik van alleen hun website . Dus voortaan direct boeken via immo !
