House with panoramic view in Syros

Our house was built in 2010 and it is spacious, bright and cozy . It is registered at the Hellenic Tourism Organization. It consists of an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, living area with comfortable sofas, , energetic fireplace and large windows. The living area has direct access to a 50 m2 veranda witch is partially roofed and has a dinning table for six persons, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sunset to the sea and idyllic view to the hills.There are three bedrooms in our house: a master bedroom with big double bed and direct access to the back yard of the house, a second bedroom with double bed and another with two single beds.In our house we have a large bathroom with lovely bath relaxation and a WC smaller one with a shower. Underfloor heating and cooling system is installed in the house. The energy is provided by a heat pump powered by electricity. There is also an air-condition installed in the hall to allow more temperature adjustment in bedrooms if necessary.The living area is equipped with 40-inch TV with 75 channels and CD/DVD player. Free wi-fi is available throughout the house.The house is surrounded by gardens ideal for outdoor activities and safe children’s play. Parking is easy in the designated area which is protected by sunlight.Our pets are a friendly dog named Arkas and two fluffy cats named Nionio and Asproula. In the farm we also have rabbits and chickens, which will provide you with fresh eggs for breakfast.All the beaches of the island are 5 to 10 min away by car (5 to 12 km). The town of the island, Hermoupolis, is 3 km away from the house. The best way to explore and enjoy the beauties of the island is by car or motorcycle.
