Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to make delicious meals for friends and family or head downstairs for a drink and a bite at the H2O bar and grill! When days heat up, slip into a swimsuit and take a dip in one of the three onsite pools available and make a day of soaking up the sun. Take a deep breath and enjoy the sunset from the comfort of your own home and watch a movie on the large flatscreen TV as everyone dozes off to the sounds of the tide below!

Boasting an ideal location, this is the perfect home base for the beach-goers of the group, as there's plenty of sun and sand for your Panama City Beach vacation! Try to catch a few waves and take surf lessons at Mr. Surf’s Surf Shop, just three miles away. Enjoy some local cuisine at The Wicked Wheel or Dee's Hang Out, and Saltwater Grill, all just two miles away. If you want to get in some shopping, try Pier Park or Shoppes At Edgewater, both sitting within five miles of the condo.

Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation.
Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.
Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
