This spacious Tower 2 unit 206 - 3BR condo at Majestic Resorts is the perfect getaway for family or friends looking for the perfect Panama City Beach vacation rental condo destination!

The master bedroom features a king size bed, with master bathroom featuring a large spacious walk in shower and soaking jacuzzi tub as well. The master bedroom also has direct access to the beachfront balcony. The 2nd bedroom hosts a queen bed with access to the condo's 2nd bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has twin bunk beds with shared access to the 2nd bathroom.

Majestic Beach Resorts is located on Front Beach Road and has been selected as a "Top Choice Destination" for PCB vacationers for years! Majestic Beach Resort is within walking distance of Waffle House, Wal-mart, McDonald's, Hungry Howie's Pizza, Pineapple Willy's, CVS, Dipping Dots, Beach Pizza, Coyote Ugly, the Liq, Subway, Firefly and Edgewater Shopping Centre as well as other shops and restaurants. The complex features multiple pools (both indoor/heated and outdoor), theatre for movie nights, snack bars and great beach access along with other great amenities (owner of this condo does not have access to the gym for guest to use).

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge. You get up to two parking passes with this "Top Choice Destination" Panama City beach vacation rental condo.

We had a wonderful stay at Majestic Condo Clean room, The host was very attentive. So much to do on site. Pools were nice. A mobie theater. Steps to the beach. Accomodated 6 of us very nicely. We loved it so much we extended our stay. Will definately be back.

The check-in was quick and informative. The room was mostly clean, but there were a few unwashed and dirty rags on the floor. There was also sand in the beds. However, everything else was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the place!

Majestic Towers

The condo is in a great location which is directly on the beach, and walking distance to restaurants. Cort is fast to respond and easy to work with. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great condo BUT needs some TLC

Great location, view and layout. I was disappointed that they had no family board games or any basic condiments like salt and pepper. Their cooking utensils, pots and pans are pretty beat up. A few loose handles around the rooms and a rusted sliding door that I was scared to even open to make sure it didn’t break.

The facilities are good but a bit disappointed in the condo. It needs updating and the living space is cramped for six people. Only four dining chairs and not enough room to sit at the counter. Not enough flatware, could only find four forks. The refrigerator leaked and the dishwasher was coming out of its housing.

We remounted the dishwasher to the cabinet after you informed us in your review. The screws had come out of the bracket. The fridge was also checked and the leak was corrected. We have the outside dining for 4 and int inside table for 4 with a couple Of barstools also. We tend to find most families on vacation spread meal times out and some enjoy dining outside and some inside. We look forward to hosting you again.

Majestic condos

This was a very spacious condo. My family enjoyed the amenities. They had plenty of pools, however they are not heated so be prepared because they are A bit chilly. We are also not able to access the gym do to the owners not having membership. The beach view from the room is beautiful. The room itself needed a bit of work due to the cleanliness and things falling apart, however, when we contacted the property manager, they went above and beyond to correct the problems and assist to our needs!

Jasmine and her group made us aware of a few items int he condo that needed some minor repairs and we got right on them. This owner does not pay for an annual membership to the gym so we don't offer it as an advertised amenity at this location.

Not so goid of a stay

Overall setup was nice. But thats about it. Washing machine went out first day of the trip. The repairman came about the third day into a 5 day trip to fix the problem. Repairman stayed most of the day trying to fix the problem and didn't. Long story short we couldn't wah our clothes as my family's went to the beach daily. If that wasn't bad once we made it home we we're informed that a claim was filed against us for towels and floormat and wristbands. Unreal!!

The washing machine has never gone out at this unit and we never had a request from the guest saying there was an issue. The guest damaged multiple towels and wash clothes and we had to file a claim for the damages against their prepaid travel insurance policy. the policy is paid for by guest at booking to cover up to $1500 should any damages occur. It is a great benefit to guest for just this type issue. It's unfortunate the guest would allege a failure of our washing machine to avoid being charged for the items they damaged. We don't charge guest int heir rental for the reusable resort bands unless they are not returned at check out. We have a sing in the unit stating this, we tell guest by phone when we talk with them and the Things To Know form in the room at check in states it again. We do this to avoid charging guest $150 for bands when they can return them to avoid any charges. It is a simple way we try to keep your vacation cost down. For those guest who choose to take the bands and not return them we are forced to charge them so we can restock for the next guest.
