Beautiful Ocean View Home Steps to the Seawall and Town Beach
This beautiful ocean view home has just been updated. Only one block from the seawall in the desirable Narragansett Pier. Gorgeous hardwoods, beautifully manicured grounds, stone walkways, A/C. Over-sized windows allow incredible ocean views throughout. Relax on the patio by the new fire-pit, or watch the surf right from your front porch. This property also includes a fully enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after a full beach day. Patio has adjoining cabana with refrigerator and microwave.
Walk to Narragansett Town Beach and many shops and restaurants throughout Narragansett Pier!
Owner provides beach chairs, toys, a cooler and beach wagon!
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
