Waterfront cottage with a dock on Pt. Judith pond is the perfect summer retreat! Bring the kayaks and paddleboards and launch them right in the water from your backyard! This waterfront retreat has two water-facing decks, one off the main level and one off the second floor. The main level deck holds the gas grill (grilling utensils included), two tables that seat 8, and 4 lounge chairs. Enjoy a fun filled day on the gentle water of Bluff Hill Cove on the great Salt pond and kayak into the sunset. Then relax on the deck with a drink of choice in hand as you watch the twilight fade into night. A truly amazing spot to enjoy outside grilling while watching the breathtaking sunset

The main floor of this 2-bed, 1.5 bath home includes a kitchen (with new refrigerator), dining area, a large living room and a full bathroom. The spacious family room includes exposed wooden beams, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace (decoration only), 28" TV and of course windows and a sliding door overlooking the water! There is a ceiling fan and a brand new AC unit in the living room to keep cool. The couch does pullout to a queen size bed for overflow guests. The bathroom is a shower-stall only.

The second floor includes the two bedrooms and the half bath. The 1st bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstand, 2 lamps and a digital clock. The 2nd bedroom to the right holds a queen size bed, nightstand, clock, lamp, ceiling fan, and a 32" smart TV. Both bedrooms include an AC unit to sleep comfortably and sliding doors that lead to the 2nd level deck.

Additionally, there is a washer & dryer, fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold running water, and outdoor speakers.
This property is located a 5-minute drive to Scarborough State Beach and Roger Wheeler State Beach, 10-minute drive to Narragansett Town Beach, and 5-minute drive to Galilee.

Dock: Please note that dock may only be using for sunbathing, kayak storage and fishing. Boats are not permitted.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
