Fantastic location

We loved our week at this villa! Right on the water, with the ocean breeze and a nice seating area in the shade. Close to some great beaches, Moraira, many water sports and restaurants. It was warm at night so would have been great to have fans in every room. Also would have been nice if hand soap, shampoo, beach towels, laundry detergent etc were provided to get us started - we had to shop for all the basics. But overall a great week.

Cycling holiday

We were a group of 5 on a cycling holiday in the area. The house has an updated kitchen and interior. The patio was where we spent most of our time and it delivered. We had a couple of BBQs on the veranda. Small beds for large people but we made it work. Unmatched views and access to the beach is excellent. Lots of good local restaurants, grocery, and shops within walking distance. Easy access to great rides that Calpe is so well known for.

La ubicación es inmejorable Principalmente el tema de las camas, la casa está muy bien ubicación inmejorable. Tiene algunas deficiencias no importantes pero para la villa que es no están a la altura los colchones de la vivienda

Las vistas ,la terraza, la barbacoa,la ubicación,la cocina Las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear,son antiguas y necesitan actualizarse Los colchones lo peor Para 3 noches bien pero para mas tiempo me lo pensaría .

Situacion inmejorable

Situacion inmejorable. Mobiliario mas antiguo de lo que esprabamos. Bien en general. Nos hizo mal tiempo finales de Marzo.

Très bon séjour au bord de mer

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour face à la mer. La maison est conforme à la description, bien située et au calme. L’accueil et l’organisation de l’agence était parfaite. Merci beaucoup.

amazing view

The view was wonderful as the picture shows uninterrupted views of the sea. The villa needed in our opinion some updating including some of the electrical appliances and also crockery etc

Geräumiges Haus unmittelbar am Meer

Ein sehr schönes Haus für bis zu 8 Personen direkt am Meer mit großzügiger Terrasse, Pool und Grill. Über eine kleine Treppe kommt man unmittelbar zum darunter liegenden steilen Ufer. Etwa 100 m entfernt ist ein kleiner Steinstrand. In Blickweite ist die Stadt Calp. Besonders nachts sehr schön anzusehen. Ein Einkaufsmarkt mit reichhaltigem Angebot ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Haus hat alles was notwendig ist und ist geräumig genug, dass man sich auch mal zurück ziehen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein schönes aber in die Jahre gekommenes Haus in schöner Lage

Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön, befindet sich aber nicht in einem optimalen Pflegezustand. Beispielsweise waren beide zur Verfügung gestellte Sonnenschirme kaputt. Die Betten sind mit einem unkomfortablen nicht atmungsaktiven Schonbezug überzogen. Das Haus hat keine Klimanalage. Das Haus ist ansonsten gut ausgestattet und der Blick von der Terrasse direkt aufs Meer traumhaft schön. Die Betreuung durch die Vermietungsgesellschaft vor Ort ließ leider zu Wünschen übrig. Beispielsweise wurde uns angekündigt, dass bei der Abreise eine Mitarbeiterin um 10 Uhr zur Abnahme in das Haus kommen wolle, tatsächlich erschien die Mitarbeiterin schließlich - ohne jede Entschuldigung - um 11 Uhr. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausgedehnte Spaziergänge sind mangels Fußwege leider nicht möglich.

Thank you for booking Marina Baladrar with us. This house does not need air conditioning since, being in first line of the sea, it has sufficient sea breeze. Also, the description does not indicate that you have air conditioning. Regarding the bed protectors it is necessary to put them for hygiene. It is true that the person who approached the house on the day of departure arrived 40 minutes. It is not our way of working and we are very sorry. Being the terrace directly over the sea, the umbrellas must be left closed when not in use to prevent breakage. Despite having left the umbrellas in good condition to the arrival of the clients and break during their stay, it was returned integral the deposit, since we understand that it is a problem of use. The umbrellas have already been replaced. Thank you very much for your comment. Every comment from our clients helps us to improve day by day.
