Flat T2 bis 58m² by the beach
T2 bis of 58m². Air-conditioned duplex apartment facing the beach at Mandelieu la Napoule. Located in Cannes-Mandelieu.
Magnificent view over the bay of Cannes.
Close to Port Béal and the water sports centre (jetski, boat hire, paddle, towed buoy, parasailing.....).
Close to the Mandelieu La Napoule golf course.
There is a private parking space. The flat is on the 1st floor and comprises a living room (flat-screen TV), dining area, open-plan fitted kitchen with 2 induction hobs, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, washing machine and microwave. This room has two large picture windows opening onto the terrace, which has garden furniture. The bedroom and bathroom are on the 2nd floor.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, vanity unit and WC. The bedroom has a double bed (140cm) with plenty of cupboard space and a corner bath.
The beach is opposite.
Mandelieu train station 10 minutes' walk away, bus stop close to the flat.
