All new tile floor throughout all bedrooms, hallways, kitchen, dinning area & living room. The kitchen has all new cabinets with roller draws, soft close doors & draws & Hugh pantry closet. Kitchen is stocked with all new utensils to make your favorite gourmet meal. New refrigerator with ice-maker, self-cleaning stove, microwave, dishwasher & garbage disposal. New clothes washer & dryer. Living room has a new 50" voice activated smart TV. There is a 32" flat screen VISIO TV in the master & VIP bedrooms. There is a screened lanai off the living room & master bedroom. We own 3 condos on this floor right next to each other, if this condo is booked during your requested stay try our 5 STAR rated condos, VRBO #'s 769181 & 1116567 for availability. 24' fixed dock available for $5 per day for the length of your stay. Just added is an electric security gate at the main entrance.

Fantastic place to stay

Perfect location to get to the highways and to Punta Gorda Center. Space is is beautiful, newly renovated and easy to keep clean with the large tile throughout.
