About this property

Waterfront condos with stunning views

This is a wonderful location, you feel like you are in old Florida, yet civilization is right down the street. There is an Olympic size pool that overlooks Charlotte Harbor, a great clubhouse where you can sit on the veranda and read, or exercise, or go play tennis on the courts. There is a great fishing pier that extends @ 500 ft. into Charlotte Harbor. Have coffee on your lanai and enjoy the 'jumping fish' or native birds, or dolphins that you see. If you like to grill outside, there are stainless grills set up around the area that you can grill on. You cannot help but relax when you get there. The pool is heated and the lounge chairs are waiting for you!

River view condo

Kathy and Bill are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. The condo has everything you need and more! The view of the river is very mesmerizing and beautiful. We enjoyed the pool there also. Overall just extremely nice people to rent from. Hoping to do it again next year. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect!

We wanted a Florida vacation but away from some of the bigger cities. We loved the location as we received exactly what we wanted. Shopping was close as well as golfing. However the complex itself was wonderfully quiet. I will definitely visit again.

Fabulous Place!

This condo is amazing! The Myakka River is in the backyard and with it all of the wildlife including dolphins. Great location and the owners are very personable and easy to reach if needed. We hope to come back sometime. Highly recommend!
