A little piece of paradise

An absolutely great location to stay. Lovely accommodation on a small, mainly residential complex with communal pool. Fabulous, helpful hosts.

Paradise away from home

This property has it all, anything you could possibly need while you're on vacation. It was extremely clean, a great located and very close to the beach and great restaurants. I would highly recommend renting this place!

We stayed at this condo to travel back and forth to visit family in Ft Myers. Condo was very nice, clean, well done. Was an easy driving distance to the beach.

Great Property

4th rental in Englewood & this one has been the best. Quiet courtyard, friendly neighbors, pool 50’ away (and clean!) Close to Beach Rd. Will definitely try & rebook for next year!

Outstanding, again.

This was the 3rd straight year my daughter & I have stayed here. Again, immaculate. Easy & quick communication with John. Convenient to so much & it will be nice when the Aldi conversion is done! Missed having a grocery store in the backyard.

Kevin, thanks again for choosing us. After your stay in June, we’ve upgraded once again, installing high-impact hurricane-proof windows and slider door. A recent inspection by Englewood Fire Department approved our added smoke alert and emergency lighting devices. The beaches are open and our pool - simply refreshing. A pleasure to have had you stay these past few years.

Great central location

This is a great condo in a very quiet complex. Great pool and community room with games, ping pong, and pool. Pickleball/tennis courts were great (rackets in the clubhouse if you forget yours at home!). The location is great. Just 5 minutes to the beach area, grocery stores right across the street. The condo is lovely. Has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and fun. Highly recommend this unit.

Highly recommend! The condo is very clean and comfortable. It has Beach chairs, cooler, beach buggy board games and DVD’sKitchen was very well stocked with garbage bags baggies plastic containers. Enjoyed many hours on the screened in balcony. Just a few steps to the salt water poolClub house is next to pool with wry clean bathrooms and lots of fun things for guests to do. The location is fantastic 5 minute drive to beach bars and restaurants. Very convenient shopping Aldi, publix dollar tree Walmart Sam’s along with many fast food chains. Historic downtown Englewood on Dearborn has a market every Thursday along with small boutiques and cafes. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and response time was very quick. I will definitely book with them again

Just like home!

The condo was very well located. Had everything you need just like if you were home. Unfortunately we had to deal with a lot of noise from repairs being done. Left over from last year’s hurricane. But I am sure it was out of control from the owners. We had a few questions for the owners when we first got there and the hot in touch with us quite fast. We would go back,
