Come out and enjoy a tropical paradise by the gulf.
Clean well-maintained condo. It's in the Palm Manor Resort. Building 5-204. It's an upstairs unit on second floor and does not have an elevator.
The unit consists of two bedrooms and two baths with hairdryers included. The Master bedroom has a king with a private bathroom and the second bedroom has two twins that can be converted to a King. There are televisions are in both bedrooms with cable and internet. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. It's 2.5 miles from Englewood Beach.
The Resort amenities are a heated pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, outdoor BBQ ( charcoal) area. The owners have included kitchenware, linens, towels ( beach and bath). There are also beach chairs, racquets and extra patio chairs in the lani storage. I have also supplied dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, softener, dryer sheets, these are all products used for condo cleaning and guest are free to use. There is no extra charge for cleaning. Parking is located right out front and the space is marked 5-204. Come relax and enjoy.
