We truly enjoyed our recent stay at 20 Steps to Water. The house was spotless, the dock was perfect for our boat, and the host was amazing - even setting us up with a very thoughtful "welcome pack" with snacks and beverages upon arrival. Thank you so much for all the little touches Anna, we will definitely be back soon!

Clean and beautiful home. The water is just off the lanai area. It's a quiet place--perfect for relaxing, but it's just minutes from the busy beaches and restaurants. The hot tub and extras (kayaks, paddle board, beach chairs, etc...) available for us to use were so appreciated! I really loved the peacefulness and beauty of it. My husband loved the cleanliness, design, and closeness to the beaches and restaurants. We definitely hope to return in the future.

A perfect beach getaway! The home was clean, spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. Right on the water and close to everything while still feeling like a secluded getaway. We loved everything about it and cannot wait to come back.

property is as described, though assorted games could not be found. no big deal as it rained accouple days while we were there and could have used some. kayaks and paddle boards and bike are a great feature. plenty of parking and Englewood is a nice small town to check out. Almost forgot fishing off the dock is great fun to. though the state of Florida makes getting a out of state license a pain.

I have stayed in many homes in Englewood over the last 35 years. This home is by far the best that we have ever stayed at. Easy check in an check out. Everything was top notch; all you need to bring is your bathing suit and fishing rod. Most beautiful sunsets ever.

Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We brought our boat and loved being able to dock our boat right at the property and store our trailer on site. Would love to stay again when in town!

Everything you need

Clean comfortable and has everything you need for your vacation in Englewood. We loved walking out on the dock each day to enjoy nature. Great location close to beaches.
