This home's floor plan features ocean views from every room-including the bedroom! It's one of the biggest floor plans in Sunbird with the most beach frontage. It's the only floor plan with a king master bedroom overlooking the BEACH! Why settle for anything less?!?

Sunbird is a gated community with a fun, family oriented atmosphere. There are three pools (one heated) with large sunning decks, beach swings, charcoal barbecues with picnic tables, lighted tennis courts and shuffleboard and an on-site fitness center.

Parking is limited to one space per condo. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass which is included with your rental. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Vehicles without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets are allowed for guests, this is an Association Rule. No smoking or vaping inside condo.
