About this property

Dog friendly one bedroom home close to everything!

You have the entire main floor of this 100 year old home with a private entrance. There is a unit on the top, that nobody stays in with their own separate entrance. Within walking distance to downtown shopping/restaurants, the River Walk, beaches, theater and more! Within a short drive to the Little River Casino, Golf Courses, Onekama, M-22, Crystal Mountain, hiking and more! We welcome you and your dog or cat, but please let us know if you are bringing a pet in advance. There are several antique family furniture pieces in the house that are more valuable to me then to anyone else, but I hope you enjoy them as part of the decor!

ARRIVAL: Easy self check-in. The instructions will be sent to your email the day before you arrive. It will include parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure self check-in and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.

DEPARTURE: We do ask that guests leave the property tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly.

Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy. A booking agreement and refundable deposit will be collected at the time of booking.

Lovely home in a perfect location

Great place. Clean and super well equipped. Easy walk to downtown Manistee(even with the bridge out) and quick drive to the dog-friendly beach. Loved everything about the place and the area. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Great Valentine’s Getaway

Corinn’s place was clean and neat and in a good location for all we wanted to do in the Manistee area. It was a cold, snowy, blustery weekend so was nice to have a warm, cozy place to return to after our outings. We appreciated being able to bring our dog.

Great house in quiet neighborhood but near town—restaurants, theater, brewery, etc. Manistee is an old town that looks like it should be in the U.P. Visit if you get a chance.

Great spot

Loved this property. Stayed here with my mom for 2 nights. Close to downtown, easily walkable. Home was spacious and bed was super comfortable. While I did not bring my dogs, the yard provided enough space and was fenced in except for the driveway. Would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed staying in Manistee, the house was exactly as described, we really only slept there and made breakfast there, so we didn't spend much time at the rental. Corinn was awesome to communicate with and we especially loved that we could bring our fur baby along :) The bed was very comfortable and we slept great!

Nice, clean, eclectic older home on Quiet street with the amenities, snacks, etc that we needed and a comfy bed. A plus was allowing our miniature schnauzer KC to stay with us. Close to downtown. Great for biking and walking.

Peace and serenity

I want to thinkCorinn for being a fabulous host. She was very easy to communicate and walk me through a couple things in the beginning process and the checking in was wonderful place was very nostalgic and beachy at the same time. Perfect stay in Manistee!

My husband and I have stayed at Corinn’s apartment multiple times over the past few years. We keep returning because the apartment is clean and comfortable; plus, it is centrally located in Manistee, so we are able to walk to the historic downtown. Moreover, it is a short drive to the beaches; therefore, we never miss a sunset in town. Most importantly, Corinn is a perfect hostess who always makes sure that her guests have all they need for a lovely stay! We cannot thank her enough for sharing her place with us over the years!

We would definitely stay here again. One thing I noticed, that I appreciated, is that all the soaps and scents were all either non scented or a very light scent. It’s what I buy and use in my own home. The home had everything we needed on hand. The snacks, coffees, and waters were highly appreciated.

The property was well maintained and the house was clean. Bathroom a bit small but it functioned fine. Needed a strainer and some sharp knives in the kitchen but otherwise it was great. Our pups loved it too. The property is in a fantastic location and is close to everything.

No tv at this property. Bring fire stick

All except tv was a surprise. Luckily I had my iPad. Otherwise I found it to be quite adequate for 2 adults. Clean and well kept.

Perfect Autumn Getaway

This was the second time that I stayed at Carinn's apartment in Manistee. I stayed in the summer and now again in the autumn. I liked my first trip so much that I brought my husband and my basset hound this time. Both times, Corinn has been a pleasure to communicate with. Moreover, the apartment has been clean, roomy, and well-appointed. Parking is convenient since the property has a driveway. Plus, the apartment is within walking distance of Manistee's downtown and riverwalk. Not to mention the fact that it is an easy and beautiful drive, especially in the fall, to Arcadia Marsh and Empire Bluffs. I cannot wait to return!

Perfect Short Getaway-Wish It Had Been Longer

This was my first visit to Manistee, and I had an amazing time! Corinn was easy to communicate with and her apartment was absolutely perfect for my stay! The photographs do not do the apartment justice since it is extremely spacious. The apartment is located so close to everything that I was able to walk every place I wanted to go in town. Parking was not an issue since the apartment has its own parking area. The apartment itself had everything I needed; moreover, it was clean and stylish. I cannot wait to return to Manistee, hopefully, this fall; I will definitely again try to stay at Corinn's apartment.
