We had a lovely stay at this charming house. The check in was very easy and the house nice and well equipped. The garden is very spacious and we enjoyed the pool very much! Also enjoyable to have airconditioning inside the house. We would definitely recommend this house in Valence!

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans la maison de Catherine, celle-ci est agréable, bien située et le jardin est très mignon. Quelques recommandations afin d’améliorer la prestation: entretien à faire de la climatisation qui était bruyante (plutôt gênant la nuit en cette période de canicule), l’entretien de la maison mériterait un petit peu plus d’attention (vaisselle, ménage, piscine). Nous ne sommes pas tout à fait au niveau de prestation attendu par rapport au prix, espérons que la propriétaire tienne compte de nos recommandations pour les prochaines locations car il y a du potentiel.

Très belle maison, personne réactive. Dommage que le logement manquait de propreté et qu’il n’y avait pas de place de parking alors que c’était précisé dans l’annonce.

Kleine Oase der Erholung im Stadtviertel

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Geräumiges Haus. Schöner Garten mit Pool und überdachter Lounge. Lage der Dusche mit offenem Durchblick ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.
