Only issue with this home was the staircase carpet and second floor master bedroom carpet was in dire need of a cleaning. Would have been better if it were clean. For a home built in the mid 60’s we enjoyed it very much. Please update your photos as they are outdated and inaccurate. Thanks!

Excellent rental. Would absolutely stay again. Great kids room with bunk beds and lovely main living room. Beautiful views from the main level and even better from the upper bedroom. Neighborhood is low key with close beach access. They do have a warning to avoid having kids and dogs in yard unsupervised due to the cliff just beyond the sort of rickety fence so just good for people to be aware. There is a small yard area in the front of the house that is available as an alternative. Kitchen was very well stocked but we never did find a vegetable peeler which hosts may want to add. The location is great for spending time in Newport or anywhere on the central coast.

Perfect! The views can’t be beat and we appreciated the easy walk beach access. The games for the kids were well organized, we could all fit on the couch if her family movie night, and the place was spotless.

Incredibly great place! Everything was clean and beautiful. Even doing the dishes was fun because of the view and ocean breeze from the window over the kitchen sink. Communication with the host team was easy and cheerful. Unexpected treat was the treasure trove of DVDs! After beautiful beach days, delicious dinners and stunning views of the sunset we enjoyed family cinema nights on the huge television with a great sound system. My favorite was finding Out of Africa. As much fun as us humans had, the dogs may have had an even better time playing in the yard, running on the beach and generally beaching it up to beat the band. The only very minor quibble with the place so you don't discount this review as a paid advertisement is that while easy, the beach is a five minute walk away down a relatively steep hill. Going up and down to the beach was great exercise and there's a parking lot at the beach for those who aren't up for walking. Being up on the cliff over the ocean provided a better view than a beachfront place ever could. In sum, this place is easily the best beach house our family has ever rented. Highly recommend! PS Enjoying a view of the ocean from the hot tub is amazing!
