Beautifully restored windmill overlooking the valley with a demarcated and enclosed plot of 300 m² and a beautiful view of the countryside dotted with wind turbines.

Nearby: Ally (Rodde antimony and silver mine, windmills, wind farm), Lavoûte-Chilhac 11 km away (Cluniac priory, bridge over the Allier, swimming, white water sports, village, services and shops). When you arrive on site, you will find a mill that is largely open to the outdoor spaces, enclosed 300 m² of land, equipped with a large table ideal for outdoor meals.

By pushing the door, you will access the living room-kitchen located on the ground floor.

By taking the stairs you will discover the sleeping area (140 bed and flat screen TV), as well as the shower room/WC in its extension.

Electric heating is included in the rates.
