Fantastic loft appartment right in the centre of the old town. Minutes from dozens of great restaurants and bars. The place was beautifully presented and Delphine was super helpful and attentive. Lots of parking options within minutes. Can't wait to stay there again.
Wonderful space and location. Communication was great. Lovely town in close walking distance to everything. The market outside our door was most lovely. The late check in was not great but would stay again for sure
A really great character property with amazing features throughout. Very comfortable beds and everything we needed for a short stay in Tour. 30 second walk to the medieval quarter of Tour so location could not be better. Secure underground parking available which we used but there is a public car park directly opposite so lots of options. Highly recommended and would stay again.

The apartment is lovely, spacious and clean. Communication with the host was very easy. Les Halles just across the street is an amazing place. The apartment is within easy walking distance to the train station and sights. The stairs are a bit of a challenge, but I’m 75 and I made it work!
The flat is located next to Les Halles and has an outdoor market every Wed and Sat. The check-in process was very simple and easy. The kitchen was well stocked, and stores and restaurants were conveniently nearby. Despite being so close in the city, the windows are quite effective in insulating street noise.

We really enjoyed this property. Very spacious. Washer and dryer a big plus. 17 minute walk to train station. 4 minute walk to walk street area with many dining options. 1 minute to a grocery. Very quiet at night. Owner very responsive to questions. Great place to stay in tours
I stayed in this apartment for almost 2 months. I had such a good experience, I've already booked a return visit! The apartment is in a great location, just enough activity that I didn't feel isolated. There is everything you need to function and it is tasteful and comfortable. Delphine takes care of the property. I can't say enough good things about her. Her communication was always prompt and helpful. Plus, she's just super pleasant and efficient. I look forward to staying here again!

Spacious appartment. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Note that there are stairs to reach the appartment. Not all of the lights worked lots of switches (typical old building). Comfortable chairs but not the bar stools for breakfast table. Parking expensive so you need to look about half a mile for street parking.
Ottima posizione, ottima location, ottimo tutto! Si è in centro in una città universitaria cosmopolita...è normale che ci sia casino fino al mattino. Si è in un edificio datato (anche se molto ben ristrutturato)...è normale che non ci sia l'ascensore e che le scale siano "particolari". A richiesta e a pagamento si può avere il garage, La signora Delphine, sempre disponibile! OTTIMO!
