Self-contained cottage in Sologne, in a beautiful wooded setting, overlooking a private pond (approximately 50 ares) with fishing opportunities (carp, roach, and a few pike). The owner's house is nearby. The GR 3c long-distance hiking trail runs through the village, close to the Loire Valley châteaux. Chambord is 20 km away. 53 km of marked local footpaths. The cottage is on one level and features a living room with a wood-burning stove and open-plan kitchen, a kitchenette, three bedrooms (Bedroom 1 with two single beds, Bedroom 2 with one double bed, and Bedroom 3 with one double bed + a travel cot), a bathroom (shower, two sinks, washing machine), and a separate toilet.

Enclosed outdoor area with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, and ping-pong table.

Bed linen, towels, and a cleaning service are available for rent. A mandatory cleaning service is required for business travelers (every 15 days for long stays).

Heating and electricity are included with reasonable consumption. If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 10 kWh per day (any excess will be charged to the hosts upon arrival based on the meter reading).
