Country house near Turin and the Monferrato Hills

Our house is located just outside the village of Arignano, in the Province of Turin, in the countryside on the hills near Monferrato.
We are near a small artificial lake, a natural oasis for animals and birds, which is perfect for taking walks and relaxing in nature. On the surrounding hills, there are small vineyards where the region’s typical grape varieties are grown, as well as small wineries where you can taste and purchase local wines.
Our house is ideally located for day trips to Turin (about 25 km), Asti and Monferrato (about 40 km), and Alba and the Langhe (about 50 km). Not far from us are some must-see tourist attractions (the Abbey of Vezzolano, Castelnuovo Don Bosco, the town of Chieri, the Basilica of Superga, and the Martini & Rossi winery with its wine museum).
In the village, there is a supermarket, a restaurant/pizzeria, and a pharmacy (all three are about 500 metres to 1 km from the farm and can therefore be reached on foot).
The apartment has been recently renovated; it has an area of approximately 80 square metres, is very spacious and bright, furnished with everything you need for a comfortable holiday, and consists of two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living room with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and tourist brochures to help you plan your days. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: a double bedroom with a large bed and a small bed for children, furnished in 19th-century Piedmontese style; and a double bedroom with two separate beds.
Outside, you’ll share a large garden with a vegetable garden and an orchard. In the garden, you’ll find a private area with a beach umbrella, lounge chairs, and a barbecue, where you can relax.
