Sierra Park Villas #06, Brand New Bathrooms

This warmly decorated, mountain and ski themed two bedroom plus loft condominium is located close to the shuttle stop and the pool/spa area.

The living room, with beautiful hardwood floors and plenty of comfortable seating, has a balcony, a 40" flat screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen also has a balcony and seats 6 at the table. A full bath is located on this level. The loft sleeps 2 with 2 twin beds and has a 32" flat screen TV. The downstairs bedrooms are decorated in lovely soft tones. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a full bath and a balcony that steps outside to the pool/spa area. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and full bath, a balcony and a 40" flat screen TV.

This condominium offers complimentary wireless internet access. The HOA rules do not allow for pets in any of our units. Thank you for following this strictly enforced policy.

Great stay

Sierra Park Villa had everything we needed, plus great location for using the bus. Manager and reservation manager very helpful and timely with answering questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Very easy check in & check out process. We met the property manager this morning while checking out. We handed her the keys and that saved us time going home because we didn’t have to go by the rental office to return the keys. Thank you

Fantastic Place with (almost) Ski-in/out and Comfortable Like Home

We stayed here during the large storm of 2023 and had a great time. The mountain was a short walk to drop in and can’t beat the view of Canyon Lodge from the balcony. As per the description, you will need an AWD vehicle to get to the unit during stormy winter. Getting to the house was easy for us since we have a AWD with snow tires. We arrived passed midnight when it was snowing none-stop so had to clear a bit of snow from the garage but once we were in the garage, it was golden. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook. We dine out one night in town and fixed dinner at the house on other nights. Tricia was superb at communicating and ensuring we have everything we need. She also provided updates on the storm (it was quite a severe storm that shut down the 395 on a few occasions). The house is roomy and we were comfortable. We would definitely come back again and hope this little gem is available for our return. ❤️
