This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo sleeps 6 and is located directly on one of the TOP 10 BEACHES IN THE WORLD!
Siesta Key has been a family favorite place for many years and once you stay here you will want to come back! Crescent Arms is a gated community and this unit is literally steps to the sugary white sand. It is in a great location with a short walk to restaurants, a marina, an ice cream shop, a pharmacy, grocery store, a liquor store and bars, live music, shops, and more! Another great adventure won’t cost you a thing! This unit is a short walk to the point of rocks where you can find beautiful shells and sea treasures.
You will be very comfortable in every room with all new beds, living and dining area furniture. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv, and plenty of storage. The second bedroom offers 2 full size beds, flat screen tv and great storage as well. The updated kitchen offers a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There are two full baths, one with a tub/shower and one with a stand up shower. The living and dining areas are very open with beautiful views of the beach and the screened lanai is the perfect place for relaxing any time of day!
