Oceanfront V1 Condo with view of Colorados

3 bedroom/2 bathroom ground floor condo located on the south end of Iguana beach (Colorados), steps away from dipping your toes in the water. Located right by the beach club with infinity pool, Pili's Kitchen restaurant and bar. You can see the waves from the Living Room or Master Bedroom and access is right out the back door!

The condo features A/C in all bedrooms and a commercial grade A/C in the Living Room to ensure you stay nice and cool on your trip. There is a 43-inch flat screen TV in the Living room with cable TV, 22-inch TV in the Master Bedroom with a DVD player (over 100 DVDs in the condo), free wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender, coffee maker, stove/oven.

The condo building has a generator which powers everything in the condo including A/C.

El Apartamento esta bien, el lugar es espectacular, pero el equipamiento del apartamento deja mucho que desear. Las camas son durísimas, los sillones de la sala de cuero para un lugar de calor mala idea. Los utensilios de cocina algunos rotos y otros en mal estado.
