The place was great and was close to Deaconess Hospital and the airport. I felt at home. The host was great as well. They communicated very well and made sure everything was up to their standards.
I have stayed in the owner's properties before, and they are consistently clean, comfortable and as described. Owner is very responsive, rates are reasonable, close to downtown and airport. Quality linens and paper products.
VeeAnn is excellent as always. Well-stocked kitchen, bath and laundry room. Quiet, safe neighborhood. VeeAnn responds quickly on the rare occurrence you ever need anything. Comfortable bed and couch, nice sized kitchen. Very clean house.

Thank you so much for staying with us again! We truly appreciate your continued support and are so happy to hear you enjoyed another comfortable stay. It’s always a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back anytime!
We enjoy staying at this house near the arboretum. Vee Ann is a great host and good communicator. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The couch is comfy to sleep on if you have a 3rd or 4th person in your group.
We got the room for a dear friend who flew in from Chicago to Spokane to attend our wedding. We was able to scope out the room before she arrived and I loved the location.
Property was as expected, we had everything we needed. We appreciated being able to walk to the arboretum park. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe, mild noise from traffic in the morning. We would stay here again.
My highest priorities when looking a vrbo are cleanliness and bed comfort. This vrbo is in an older part of town and community, but there was effort made on the inside to make it a viable vrbo. Everything we needed was there,

Thank you Heidi! The John Finch Arboretum neighborhood was established in 1912 so it’s definitely an older neighborhood!

The place was very clean, cozy and nice. VeeAnn was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. The only drawback was the freeway noise and that was pretty minor. We will come back.
VeeAnn is an excellent host who quickly responds to questions. Her place is well-stocked with olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee, tea bags, water in the fridge, snacks, paper towels, dish and laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner etc... This is a cozy house with driveway parking close to the arboretum too.
The house was clean and the perfect size for us. It was adorable. We had no issues throughout. The owner VeeAnn is really nice and responds very quickly. Would recommend it to friends and family.
