TERMS
Deposit returned within one month at the latest if the apartment is left in its original state (sanitary facilities, clean floors, kitchen and windows, defrosted refrigerator, mattress protector and bath mats washed,...).

We insist that the number of people indicated on the tenancy agreement must not be exceeded under any circumstances.

Parties and noise pollution are strictly prohibited.
