Great Location - Okay Apartment

The location of this flat could not be better. Improvements are in order, however, when it comes to the way the place is maintained. It was not cleaned properly (especially the corners of the floors) and has an overall feeling of neglect. We were also only given one set of keys which was a particular problem because the building must be locked at all times. Unless everyone leaves at the same time it is a real inconvenience, as the flat is on the second floor (there is a dental clinic at the ground level). We were also not told in advance that there would be a festival in Kaysersberg on the weekend we were there and we would have to vacate the parking space that we paid for as part of the rental fee. There is also only one bathroom and a separate toilet (the usual setup in France), not two bathrooms as indicated on the website. As the rental agency is located in Colmar we felt quite abandoned during our stay, especially when it came to having to find a substitute parking space in a very, very crowded little village.

Für uns, zwei Erwachsene und ein Hund ist das die ideale Wohnung: groß, hell, warm, eine Dusche und eine Badewanne, Heißwasser kommt mit starken Druck und sehr schnell. Die Lage ist fantastisch: sie sind sofort in der Altstadt oder in den Weinbergen, Supermarkt ist sehr gut sortiert und ist
