This Keuka Lake classic, 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage features one of the best views on Keuka Lake and is located directly below a scenic overlook. Wakiva Esperanza sits on a quiet, dead-end road within a short walk to Keuka Lake State Park and its many trails.
For the nature lover, trees surround the cottage and offer shade on those hot summer days. Keep your eye out for birds, herons, ducks, and more! Friendly little chipmunks and squirrels may scamper about to say hello.
Inside, the open floor plan provides space for family to enjoy some time together. Its rustic charm will be the perfect retreat from your everyday life. For your scenic viewing pleasure, there is a balcony off the master bedroom (second floor), plus a deck off the living area (first floor) with picnic table, BBQ, and room to put your feet up!
The shared lakefront features good swimming and a lake bottom that is rocky; with a small shale beach for wading in. Two shared docks are available for your use. 1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
