Great location/ Awesome Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year in a row at Sunrise. And this was the first year that I will complain a little about our stay at unit 207. The unit needs a lot of work, the carpet was filthy in both bedrooms as to you wanted to where shoes it was that dirty. My complaint is how can each unit be the same price per week when the one we stayed in last year unit 304 was so nice compared to 207. On a good note the grounds were immaculate as always and the beach was great. I would recommend the overall property to a friend but not unit 207.

St Petes beach vacation

Had a wonderful time at this St Pete's beach. Fantastic location, the condo had all of the amenities needed, is very clean, modern and well maintained. Love the area. We'll be back!
