What a stunning collection of seaside landscapes! Located between the sea and the countryside in Plounévez Lochrist, near the seaside resort of Plouescat, between Roscoff and Les Abers, La Bâtisse du Dolmen Clara awaits you for unforgettable moments with family and friends.
This array of landscapes will charm you with beautiful walks and the perfect setting to recharge!

La Bâtisse du Dolmen Clara, fully renovated in 2020, is just 8 minutes from a stunning fine-sand beach and the GR 34 trail—220 square metres of relaxation where everyone can enjoy their stay: 1 large living area with an open-concept kitchen leading into the dining room and living room, a bathroom on the ground floor, and a separate bathroom; on the ground floor: 3 large bedrooms with queen-size beds—one of the three bedrooms also features a second single bed; also on the ground floor, you’ll find a large bathroom with a toilet as well as a relaxation area with a play area for children; on the second floor are 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed; on the second floor, there’s also a lounge for reading or relaxing. Each of our bedrooms is equipped with walk-in closets
Outside, there is a terrace, a lawn area for outdoor games, and 5 parking spaces within the fully fenced property.

From May through September, you can enjoy our brand-new outdoor relaxation area featuring a large, heated private pool exclusively for guests of La Bâtisse...

New for the end of 2022: a new indoor relaxation area is now open with direct access to the property:
- Open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Features a large 5- to 6-person spa and a relaxation lounge

Séjour gâché par les propriétaires

Nous avions réservé la maison pour 15 personnes (12 adultes et 3 enfants) mais les propriétaires nous ont envoyé de nombreux messages pendant le week end pour nous demander avec insistance combien nous étions « vraiment »??. Ils ont été rigides et intrusifs et nous avions l’impression d’être surveillés. Autrement les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables mais il y avait en effet des odeurs d’égouts dans la maison et nous n’avons pas tous pu nous doucher à l’eau chaude. Dommage

Nous n'avons pu que constater malheureusement un non respect de notre règlement intérieur (une dizaine de véhicules au lieu de 5), ce qui nous a amené à vous demander effectivement combien de personnes étaient présentes. En effet, notre propriété n'ayant pas la capacité à recevoir plus de 15 personnes (adultes, enfants et bébés compris) pour des raisons de sécurité et de conformité légale. Nous vous souhaitons une bonne continuation.

Propriétaire très agréable ,maison charmante et très spacieuse nous étions 10 personnes , literie très confortable , endroit très reposant . Cependant un petit hic , ressenti des mauvaises odeurs par moment qui viennent du tuyau d'évacuation extérieur situé sur en bout de toiture . Mais je recommande tout de même

Points négatifs : canapés du salon en très mauvais état, évier avec problème de vidange, odeur dans la maison désagréable à certains moments( probablement problème d’évacuation), piscine pas assez chauffée ….. Point positif : bonne literie

Nous sommes navrés de ne pas avoir été un logement à la hauteur de vos attentes, cependant nous n'avons pu que constater le non-respect de nos règles (présence d'animaux dans les espaces non autorisés, non-respect du nombre de personnes...) Pour nos prochains voyageurs, nous rappelons que la piscine est chauffée à 24 degrés, elle peut paraître plus froide suivant les températures extérieures. Nous envisageons d'ouvrir un espace intérieur avec SPA, ainsi pour les journées venteuses un espace plus propice à la baignade sera à disposition ;-) Bonne continuation, Isabelle

Propriété agréable

Belle propriété spacieuse. Chacun trouve sa place. Un petit bémol pour la température de la piscine pas assez chauffée pour une piscine extérieure. Par contre le coin barbecue très agréable à l'abri du vent.
