Peaceful Waterfront Summer Escape! Sunshine, King Suite, Private Dock

Lazy River House is the perfect place to get away with all the comforts of home. Waterfront, you can fish right off our dock! Bring your boat. 2 master suites. One room with a king bed and one room with a queen bed. 2.5 baths with a sleeper in the living room. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. Nice porch to sit out on and watch the sunset! Downstairs area with picnic tables and a grill. Just 5 miles to downtown Bay St Louis with some of the best restaurants on the Coast. The beach is also 5 miles away (we have beach chairs and beach towels) and the Casinos. Home is equipped with WiFi, smart TVs and a DVD player in the living room with surround sound!

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the washing machine and start the wash cycle. If there is a large amount of towels to wash, please split them up to avoid overloading the washing machine.
Leave used bedding in place on the beds. If the sofa pull-out has been used, please place the used linens next to the washing machine. Please make sure the safety gate upstairs is closed and latched.
If the BBQ grill was used during your stay, please ensure the grill was cleaned up after cooking, grilling utensils were washed and placed in the kitchen upstairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If pets are approved during your stay, please bring thier bedding as pets are not permitted on furniture.
Please note that stays exceeding 2 weeks might involve extra cleaning and pet fees, determined individually per case.
Evidence of smoking inside the rental will result in a $500 extra cleaning fee.

Wonderful relaxing stay!

Wonderful Place

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. It is tucked away in a very quiet area but 10 minutes from all the fun. We highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing Getaway

I truly enjoyed our stay at the Lazy River House... it was the perfect getaway for a weekend trip. The house was clean, comfortable, and suited our needs perfectly. We spent time relaxing at the house as well as enjoying the local area. The beaches, downtown area, and casinos are all just a few minutes away. We definitely hope to return soon!

Amazing

What an amazing property. Perfect for us, very clean and well maintained. Even being up on stilts, the couple storms we had didn’t bother us at all. They were very responsive to our requests and being there 2 months we had a couple, but nothing serious. Elevator was great for bringing our belongings up and down. Loved the upstairs deck and the beautiful sunset views. We highly recommend this property!

A nice private weekend.

This property is very nice. The pictures are accurate. It is well-stocked if cooking in is your thing. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, listening to and watching the wildlife. The windows provided awesome views while we dined especially breakfast! I enjoyed the firm mattresses unfortunately, my partner did not. We drove to and cruised the beach. We certainly appreciated being granted a late check because neither of us are early risers. We definitely will stay here again. Well done, you guys!

Family vacation

The boat lift was not usable by us. We needed hand rails on the dock to access or boat once it was on the lift. The lift did not operate easily so we opted to not use it. The pictures show aBBQ grill that was no where to be found. There was a different BBQ grill in the storage but suggest you delete pictures of the big grill.

Our stay was great. The location was amazing and the house was just as advertised. One of the main reasons for our trip was to catch some bluegill crab. For those that might wonder, you can certainly catch them off the dock behind the house, though most were under the size limit. Might have just been a bad day for the spot, but we still enjoyed pulling them in. The host was attentive, sending a message each day we were there asking if we needed anything. Thanks for a great mini vacation!

Beauty by the Bay!

This house has everything needed for a relaxing Mississippi Gulf mini vacation. Bedrooms and attached bathrooms made for privacy when needed. The front porch afforded ample opportunity to enjoy the sunshine. All accommodations were as advertised and made for a very comfortable stay. We highly recommend this home when traveling to the Bay Area.

Bay St. Louis Mississippi vacation

The home was prestigious, nice location, nice safe friendly neighborhood and was clean. I love all the little things in life so this was the perfect home for our family. The little things at this residence was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, etc.. we have stayed many places but this is by far the cleanest and most friendly home feeling.

We enjoyed our quiet stay. The host responded promptly when asked a question about the door entry. Plenty of room in the yard and we thoroughly enjoyed the game in the storage area downstairs. Don’t know what it’s called but the one with the ball you have to keep going around the pole. My son and I had such a silly time together trying to figure out how to play but made some great memories! Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this VRBO.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home was extremely clean and maintained. Perfect space with 2 bedroom suites with privacy and nice living area and kitchen to share. We caught a few fish on the dock but fishing was slow every spot we tried. All and all, a great vacation rental!

This home was simply wonderful! Every part of our weekend was great.
