Enjoy this charming and bright accommodation with parking space in the heart of the residential district of Vespins.
Only 300 meters from the beaches as well as the port and its shops, you will stay in a spacious two-room apartment, bordered by a beautiful south/west facing terrace.
Warm and elegantly renovated apartment, fully equipped with a sofa bed offering two additional beds.
The south-west exposure and the large bay windows make the apartment very bright and pleasant to live in.
A large sunny terrace and a secure parking space complete this property.
The cleaning fee also includes the rental of carefully sanitized quality sheets and towels.

Between the Cros de Cagnes promenade and the Flots Bleus promenade and very close to the Cap 3000 shopping center with its 300 shops and restaurants with a sea view, the location of the apartment is ideal.
A bus stop 3min from the apartment served by major bus lines allows you to easily go to Cannes, Antibes, Grasse, Nice, Monaco, Menton among others. Saint-Laurent-du-Var train station is less than 2km away. Nice airport a few minutes by car.
A tennis court is next to the apartment, possible court rental by the hour.
