The Futaie River is classified as a Category 1 river, stocked with pike, trout, gudgeon, chub, etc. A federal fishing license is required. For those wishing to fish in the river, there is access to a private 15,000m² pond just 20 meters away (no license required).

It's an ideal setting to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the birdsong, squirrels, deer, and other wildlife. The property is surrounded by 2 hectares of woodland.

For those who don't fish, there are lovely walks to enjoy. Don't miss Pontmain, a pilgrimage town linked to the apparition of the Virgin Mary, with its magnificent cathedral, just 5 km away. The Château de Fougères and its medieval town are 14 km away. And why not take a trip to Mont Saint-Michel, an hour's drive (55 km)?

Le Pré des Îles, H53G010903, sleeps 6, with a fishing dock on a smaller private pond, approximately 600m². Your accommodation includes: on the ground floor: a 28m² living room, a 6m² fitted kitchen, an 11m² bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a 5m² shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms: one with a single bed (90x190cm) and the other with two single beds (90x190cm), a mezzanine with a double sofa bed, a shower room with a small shower cubicle, and a separate toilet.

The cottage is equipped with a TV and 4G coverage. There is no Wi-Fi.
